GROUP TRAINING
Our group training is structured so we can adapt your workout to your individual goals and fitness level. It doesn't matter if you're a regular gym-goer or a mother of 3 that hasn't worked out in 20 years. When we give you your individual workout program and coach you through it, you can be sure that you'll get a workout that is perfect for YOU.
STRENGTH
Strength training is the core of our program. Lifting weights is the absolute best thing you can do to improve your strength, muscle tone and overall fitness.
CARDIO
Cardio training is imperative to overall health and fitness but running on a treadmill for an hour is boring. We like to mix in short bursts of cardio in between strength exercises.
CORE
A strong core is the base of every exercise. Just like cardio, we like to challenge your core in between strength exercises.
