Some of you have expressed interest in a technique class, a chance to REALLY learn how to do some of the more complicated exercises. Examples would be Snatches, Cleans, Rope climbs, Toes 2 Bar, etc.
I love you guys, and I’m happy to keep teaching you these things during the workouts but that’s not enough to really get good at the movements.
I’m open to doing a 45 min class, one day on the weekend for $5 each, with 4 people minimum. Probably after the 11am class, so that you can still do the 11am workout in if you want.
