We are the only gym that combines the individual attention and effectiveness of personal training with the cost savings and social atmosphere of boot camps. In our classes each person is guided through a workout that has been designed for their specific goals. That means that if there are 4 people in the class, they will each be guided through their own specific workout.
We've structured our classes so that they can be adapted to your individual goals and fitness level. It doesn't matter if you're a super-fit marathon runner or a mother of 2 that hasn't worked out in 20 years. When we give you your individual workout program and coach you through it, you can be sure that you'll get a workout that is perfect for YOU.
Strength training is the core of our program. Lifting weights is the absolute best thing you can do to improve your strength, muscle tone and overall fitness.
Cardio training is imperative to overall health and fitness but running on a treadmill for an hour is boring. We like to sprinkle short bursts of high intensity cardio in between strength exercises.
A strong core is the base of every exercise. Just like cardio, we like to challenge your core in between strength exercises.
After you've tried your free class and taken advantage of the $40 intro month, there are a few options for membership. Each membership gets you an individualized workout program and allows you to workout with us 7 days a week!

We run classes 7 days a week. We have 6 classes per day during the week and 2 per day on weekends.
