1 on 1 Personal Training

Not everyone wants to, or is ready to work out in a group. If that sounds like you, we're happy offer one-on-one personal training with one of our experienced trainers.

To start, we'll sit down with you and discuss your goals, what you're already doing great and what's holding you back. We'll also discuss with you which exercises and kinds of workouts would be best for you to do in a training session.

If you decide that Personal Training is the right fit for you, we'll schedule you in for session so you can test it out first hand. You can think of the first session like a trial run. You can see how we would train you to reach your goals, without making any long-term commitments.

We will create two different custom workouts for you to do at home so that you can keep up the progress in between our sessions.

One-time cost. Only pay again if you want us to make you fresh at-home workouts.
