Meet Sarah, Our Member of the Month for May!

When Sarah first joined the gym she couldn't bend over to pick up a 5lbs dumbbell without the fear of hurting her back. Now she's stronger than ever, routinely deadlifts over 100+ pounds and just recently achieved her first ever unassisted chinup! We're super proud of how far she has come since day 1 and the effort she has consistently put in to get where she is now.

"I was looking for a smaller gym."

"The small classes and individual attention."

"Farmer carries."

"I want to improve my nutrition and deadlift 200 pounds."
