Chuck joined the gym 4 months ago. Since starting, he's worked very hard both in the gym and in his kitchen, and it SHOWS! He's lost over 30 pounds in the past few months and greatly increased his fitness and muscle definition. Another fun fact about Chuck is that he's currently the bench press leader for men at the gym and the reigning world champion for sweatiest high five.

"Proximity, ease of booking via an app, workout programs that work muscle groups I would not have considered on my own."

"Run a beginner triathlon."

"None (is that a choice?). I’m happy with who I am, my strengths & weakness are what defines me."
