Adriana is someone that consistently shows up to the gym 3-4 times per week and works hard EVERY SINGLE TIME. Since she started at the gym I can't think of one time that she's ever "slacked off". She is without a doubt one of the hardest working members at the gym. I can honestly say that it's always a pleasure training her, and that's why she is the member of the month for April.

What made you decide to try The VGV?
"I kept coming across the VGV's instagram and seeing members making progress and I wanted to see that type of progress in myself and my workouts."
What is your favourite thing about The Village Gym Vaughan?
"The atmosphere Luke has created. No matter how tired I am, every time I show up to VGV not only does Luke always push you to do your best but his dance moves and singing "skills" always puts members in a good mood!"
"No one ever believes me, but I love burpees!!"
Least favourite exercise?
"Definitely lunges...all types of lunges."
A year from now, what do you want to be able to do?
"A year from now, I really want to be able to do an unassisted chin-up but I also want to row 1000m under that 4 min mark!"
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
"To read minds, knowledge is power!"
