You can try your first class 100% FREE. We want you to be sure that you enjoy our training before becoming a member. We only want to train you, if you want to train with us. There are no pressure tactics to get you to signup if you decide it’s not for you.

Our most popular membership options are the One month and six month memberships. With our one month option you are free to pay month-to-month with no commitment past the last day of the month you sign up for. With this membership, you can train once a day, every single day of the week and the best part is that this price already includes tax!

6 Month (1)

If you tried your first FREE class or tested out a one month membership and decide that you love having all of your workouts planned out and customized to your goals, you may want to consider the six month membership. With this option you save $15 every month! Once again this price already includes tax and don’t worry about paying for 6 months, we accept post dated cheques or credit cards so that you can pay $150/month and not all at once.
