Nicole has been coming to the gym since September. Since then, she's been to the gym over 60 times and is one of the most consistent members. Her results speak for themselves. In that time, she's lost inches off her waist and dramatically improved her strength. When she started 3 months ago she couldn't do an unassisted chinup; now she can do sets of 3! Nicole is also very good at the bench press. I imagine a few months from now that she will be fighting for the top spot on the gym records board.

What made you decide to try The VGV?
"I have been following the Village Gym on Instagram for well over a year and have always wanted to join. In the mean time, two of my friends have become members and after hearing them talk about how awesome it is I decided I would have to come and try it out myself."
What is your favourite thing about The Village Gym Vaughan?
"I can't just pick one favourite thing about The Village Gym Vaughan! For one, there's never a dull moment! Also, Luke is always around to check your form and make sure you are being challenged (and to provide entertainment with his
wonderful singing). I love that he makes working out fun. There has not been a single day where I have left the gym and said "wow, that workout was easy!"
Least favourite exercise?
"Definitely walking lunges."
A year from now, what do you want to be able to do?
"It's hard to say. I've already become stronger than I thought I could be, so I'll just say that I want to get my name up on the board at least a few more times!"
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
"To read minds."
