Daniela joined the gym in October and since starting she's become one of the most dedicated members, averaging 4+ workouts per week. On top of her workouts at the gym she's also committed herself to trail walking with a group of friends, multiple times per week. We chose Daniela as our member of the month for December because she's game to try anything in the gym, she never complains and she always gives it her all. Bonus points: Daniela has lost 6 pounds and 3.5" of her stomach.

"Deadlifts." [Daniela just progresses to using a bar yesterday!]

"I would be happy if I could do a chin-up and deadlift a heavy weight!"

"To be able to run like the wind! "
